The eco-conscious designer, 24, of Highland Point, California, found a wad of cash totaling $45 — and now encourages other shoppers to keep an eye out at thrift stores.
And dozens of social media users are in awe of the discovery.

The 24-year-old uploaded the clip alongside a caption that read: ‘I will be checking every bag at the thrift shop from now on’
In the video, which has been viewed 2.3 million times so far, Frio points the camera at their find.
They open the decorative black wallet and say, ‘Okay, I always hear people say check the bags at thrift stores and I finally did it.
“At first I only found a few envelopes and then bam … a whole lot of money.”
Frio zooms in on the stash of dollars hidden in the middle pocket before continuing: “I counted it and it came out to $45.
“It even had a cool, older $20 bill.”
They posted the clip next to a caption that read, “I’ll be checking every bag at the thrift store from now on.”
The clip came to an end, but Frio further elaborated on the situation in the comments.
When asked if they brought the bag or just brought the money, the savvy shopper revealed, “In the end I didn’t keep it, but I really needed the money, so it felt predestined!”
