One of the women, aged 23, was seriously injured and had to be taken to hospital by air ambulance.
He reportedly suffered head trauma and fractures to his pelvis and chest. His condition was still serious at the time of reporting.
The Fire Department reported that the other two women and the child in the stroller did not require medical attention.
The driver, seen in the footage getting out of his vehicle after he was left face down on the ground, also went to hospital.

The Military Police added that the vehicle belongs to a Paraguayan family that was visiting the Camboriú Spa and was staying at the property.
The driver is said to be the 69-year-old son of the vehicle’s owner, who is registered in Paraguay.
Military Police Sergeant Denicio Francisco Rosa said: ‘He claims the car had a mechanical failure.
“As a result, he ended up losing control of the car and went through the wall.”
When officers found him at the hospital, he was given a breathalyzer test and found to be under the legal alcohol limit.
