Three teens charged after man found dead in home – as forensic police in safety suits search property

A teenager is charged with murder over the death of a 32-year-old man who was found in the bedroom of a suburban home.

Paramedics were unable to resuscitate the man who was found around 10.30pm Saturday in a house on Ellsworth Drive in Tregear, a western Sydney suburb.

Police suspect the man was injured during an altercation at the house, but the exact cause of death has not yet been determined.

A post-mortem examination of the body will be performed.

A crime scene has been declared and police officers wore protective suits as they investigated the scene.

Three teenagers who lived in the home have been arrested over the incident involving an 18-year-old man charged with murder.

Another 19-year-old man and a 16-year-old girl have been charged with assault resulting in actual bodily harm.

All three have been denied bail and both men are due to appear in Parramatta Bail Court, and the girl is due to appear in Children’s Court on Sunday.
