Three men describe how Diddy ‘drugged and raped’ them in shocking new lawsuits
Three men have accused Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs of drugging and raping them in shocking new lawsuits.
The anonymous complainants claim the disgraced music mogul plied them with spiked drinks before attacking them unconscious.
The incidents are alleged to have occurred between 2019 and 2022, according to documents filed by attorney Thomas Giuffra in the New York State Supreme Court.
One of the men, who says he worked for Combs, claims he was raped by Diddy in a Manhattan hotel and then threatened to keep quiet about it.
Another man claimed his attack was filmed and he was given $2,500 in cash after the incident.
The third man claims that Combs and his associates “at Bad Boy Records” took turns sexually assaulting him at a party in the Hamptons.
‘These complaints are full of lies. We will prove them false and seek sanctions against any unethical attorney who has filed fictitious claims against him,” Combs’ representatives said.

But one lawsuit alleges that Combs “has a profound disregard for men and women and has an ongoing practice of denigrating, drugging, blackmailing and humiliating them.”
Giuffra insisted, “Combs is a wealthy, powerful public figure who was able to take advantage by drugging these men.”
“After the attacks, he assured their silence by threatening them and relying on their fear of his power,” he said.
“This is a long-awaited opportunity for the victims to take back power after years of silently bearing the burden of the attacks.”
The claims are the latest lawsuits filed against the controversial rapper, accusing him of rape and sexual assault.
Combs, 55, remains at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, where he awaits trial on federal criminal charges of sex trafficking and racketeering, which he denies.
In one lawsuit, Combs’ former employee claims he has known the musician since 2006, when he was hired to run errands for Combs in his capacity as CEO of Bad Boy Records.
He claims that in February 2020, he was at a meeting at the InterContinental New York Times Square hotel when Combs poured him an alcoholic drink laced with something that made him feel “excessively tired.”
He claimed that Combs told him to take a nap and when he woke up he saw the principal on top of him raping him.
“Defendant Sean Combs told plaintiff that if he goes to the police he will ‘look like an idiot’ and that because Combs is ‘Diddy’ plaintiff would never be able to substantiate his claims against Combs,” the lawsuit said.

It adds that Combs’ entourage then called the alleged victim on his cell phone to further threaten him.
Another man claims he was “recruited” to an afterparty after meeting Combs at Manhattan’s Marquee New York nightclub in 2019 through a club promoter friend.
About 10 people attended the party at the Park Hyatt New York, according to the complaint.
Once there, Combs “personally offered plaintiff a cocktail that had been made in the other room,” the document said.
The man claims he drank half the drink and the room “started spinning and his mouth became very dry.”
He claims that Combs’ looked at him and the other people in the room and said, “He’s ready to party,” before passing out and waking up to find himself being raped by the rapper.
He claims that in a brief moment of consciousness he saw a man and a woman recording the alleged attack.
When he woke up the next day, he was given $2,500 on behalf of Combs, the lawsuit said.
Combs has already been federally charged with racketeering and sex trafficking
The charges were filed following a raid on his homes in LA and Miami earlier this year
“Out of fear and humiliation, plaintiff has never told anyone about the above-mentioned incident until now,” the filing adds.
The third man claims he met Combs through friends in 2020, but soon “fell victim to yet another criminal sex act by Sean Combs and his associates.”
He claims he was repeatedly gang-raped after attending a party at the rapper’s Hamptons home.
His accusations mirror those of the other two men in that he claims he was given a drink that made him feel ill before he lost consciousness.
The filings seek legal fees and an unspecified amount of damages from Combs, as well as various entities associated with the rapper, to be determined at trial.
Bad Boy Entertainment Holdings Inc., Bad Boy Entertainment LLC., Bad Boy Productions Holdings, Inc., Daddy’s House Recordings, Inc. and Sony Music Holdings Inc. are named as co-defendants.
Combs has so far vehemently refuted all allegations. Last month, his bail application was rejected for the third time.
He will now remain behind bars until his trial in May 2025.
