Thomas Muller has left a message of good luck to England captain Harry Kane at the Three Lions training base ahead of the European Championships in Germany.
Kane and Müller have been teammates at club level this season, with the England forward moving from Tottenham to Bayern Munich for £100m.
The forwards will face off this summer, with hosts Germany and England among the favorites for the tournament.
Julian Nagelsmann’s side started preparations at the Weimarer Land Spa and Golf Resort near the town of Blankenhain.
Germany have now moved to their Euro base in Herzogenaurach, home of Adidas.

Germany has spent five days in Blankenhain, but has comfortably preceded the arrival of England
A video released by the German national team showed Muller writing a message for Kane, which he will receive upon his arrival in England in the coming days.
‘Hey England, how are you, Harry Kane. We have just completed our five days at your future team base camp here in Thuringia,” the German national team wrote on Instagram.
‘Great conditions, very friendly people, and sometimes it even rains, doesn’t that sound perfect?
‘Have fun here in Germany! See you at the European Championship!’
The training base has three golf courses and a padel court, as well as a robot named Robbie to serve the players and collect their dishes.
The resort features two Michelin star restaurants and also features a 2,500 square meter spa known as the ‘Lindentherme’.
Mail Sport reported last month that England manager Gareth Southgate gave the green light to England officials to negotiate a deal for exclusive use of the Weimarer Land Spa and Golf Resort during the tournament.

England has exclusive access to all 94 rooms, usually priced at £300 per night, of which 15 are suites.
The top three suites have golf-themed names such as Albatross, Birdie and Eagle, each with its own sauna and freestanding bath. Southgate will likely occupy one of these suites.
The rooms will have their own special touches with personal accessories and memorabilia from their families, with England even going so far as to bring their own high-quality bed linen and personalized Three Lions bathrobes with embroidered badges.
The training base will undergo a complete transformation ahead of the tournament, with English branding installed throughout the venue.
To make the Three Lions feel as at home as possible, the scent from St George’s Park is also transported into the hotel complex

The Three Lions will play friendly matches against Bosnia and Herzegovina and Iceland on June 3 and 7.
England’s friendly against Iceland at Wembley will be their final farewell before the European Championship in Germany.
Southgate’s side open their Euro 2024 campaign against Serbia on June 16.
England will also face Denmark and Slovenia in the group stages of the competition.
