Thomas Muller welcomed Harry Kane to Bayern Munich in a bizarre Instagram post, confirming his move ahead of the club’s official announcement on Saturday morning.

Kane landed in Germany on Friday to undergo his medical tests and has since taken an emotional farewell to the Spurs on social media.

Tottenham finally reached an agreement with the Bundesliga giants over the transfer, as the England captain leaves this summer for a fee of £100 million.

On Instagram, Bayern star Muller has confirmed Kane’s move in a bizarre post.

He began, “A warm welcome to Harry Kane at this point.”

Muller then continued to post bizarrely about his health diet, which consisted of eating nuts.

“That’s why today I’m all for nuts in the sense of a healthy diet,” he said. “Especially about the peanut (pun intended).

‘The pecans provide me with a lot of unsaturated fatty acids, proteins, fibers and many vitamins.

‘After walking the dog in the morning, I always start the day with a handful of nuts. Pecan is a regular part of my nut selection.

“Maybe it’s a good inspiration for one or the other to start the weekend with.”

Kane’s move leaves Tottenham without their record goalscorer going into the season.

Richarlison is likely to replace Kane in Ange Postecoglou’s side against Brentford this weekend.
