Thomas Frank has rejected any suggestion that he is about to leave Brentford, saying he reads “very, very few” rumors linking him to Leicester.
Pressure is mounting on Foxes boss Brendan Rodgers as they sit at the bottom of the table, scoreless and still reeling from a 6-2 drubbing from Tottenham.
But Frank, despite talks he admires internally at Leicester, is “very happy” with his situation at Brentford.
‘Very easy. I’m very happy here with Brentford,” Frank said when asked about his future after Sunday’s loss to Arsenal.
“I can’t speak on behalf of the players and I read very, very little of these rumours.
“Of course it’s nice to have someone link me because that means something we’ve done here has meant that the staff and the players have often done well.”
It wasn’t too long ago that Frank showed commitment to Brentford in the form of a new deal.

In January, he signed a new three-year contract, which expires in 2025.
Nevertheless, The sun claim the highly regarded Frank will be at the top of Leicester’s list of potential replacements if Rodgers gets the axe.
Frank’s shares have skyrocketed in recent years due to the work he has done to establish Brentford as a Premier League side.
The 48-year-old took the Bees to the Premier League for the first time in their history in 2020-21, via the Championship play-offs.
He has been in charge of the West London club since 2018 and has developed a striking style of play, winning admirers across the league.

Leicester are reportedly weighing whether to keep or twist Rodgers on this international break as it will cost more than £10million to sack him and they must abide by Financial Fair Play regulations.
Speaking after the defeat to Tottenham, Rodgers admitted: “I know how football works and I fully understand the frustration of the supporters. I can’t hide from that, because it’s my responsibility.
“Losing the last six games is not good reading, but whatever happens to me here at Leicester, I will always respect this club.”
