This Morning’s Josie Gibson loses it as viewer calls in to show off ‘monstrous’ doll – and takes savage swipe at friend
Josie Gibson burst out laughing on Friday’s This Morning when a viewer called to see his “monstrous” wax figure.
The 39-year-old presenter couldn’t contain her laughter when the image of the object appeared on screen as they spoke to its owner about its history.
This segment of the show saw expert Dan appraise valuable possessions for callers, but this segment particularly surprised Josie.
Josie lashed out at her friend Carla as she explained why the bust made her laugh so much.
Josie said she had to look twice when she saw the 1920s wax figure, as she thought it looked just like her friend.

The presenter couldn’t help but laugh when she saw the image of the item appear on the screen while talking to the owner about its history
When the caller, Hugh, told him about his possession, Josie couldn’t help laughing and Dan even said, “Stop it.”
Josie’s co-star Craig Doyle said: ‘Quick question Hugh, did you have this on your house as a kid? Weren’t you terrified?’
He said, “Yeah. You know what, when I was about three, I think I fell asleep in the living room and woke up and it was dark and I had her staring at me. It scared the hell out of me.”
Josie explained: ‘The reason I’m laughing is because she really looks like a friend of mine. So when I turned around I thought, “Oh my god, it’s Carla.”‘
Dan added, “It even has real hair on it,” at which point Josie burst out laughing and continued.
Dan continued the show, adding: ‘I’ve seen some of them online for astronomical prices of over £3,000. The realistic price for this though is still a monumental, fantastic £1,000.’
Josie said: ‘Amazing, oh she’s beautiful. Don’t ever get rid of her, she’s lovely’.
A surprised Craig joked: ‘Or you could just bury it. It’s so scary Hugh.’
