A woman has shared a ‘life-changing’ hack on how to make the popular Starbucks Frappuccino at home.
Eve Edmunds, from London, shared the video on her TikTok and it went viral, with nearly four million views.
She began the video by saying, “Apparently we’ve been drinking all this wrong,” while holding the Starbucks product.
Eve claims that you are supposed to mix the chilled bottled drink to get a Frappuccino.
She went on to say, “If you’re thinking, this isn’t a Frappuccino, is it? A Frappuccino is frothy, they have a lot in them.

“While this is just runny, it’s just an iced coffee, so I’m going to try it.
“I’ve had these for years and years in my life. And I’ve never mixed it.
“So let’s give it a try and see if it’s better when it’s mixed.”
Eve then put a few large ice cubes in her blender before pouring the chilled drink into the cup.
The TikToker then quickly whizzes the drink before pouring the frothy drink into a glass glass.
Shocked by how much more liquid she got once mixed, Eve said, “Okay, that’s right up there.” And when I filled it, it was about here. So mixing the ice cream (it worked) go all the way to the top.
“It’s a frappe!” Do you see these pieces of ice? Oh my God. The consistency has completely changed.
That’s definitely a frappe. Did you see how thick it was when it came out?’
Then Eve tried the drink and was thoroughly impressed, taking another sip before saying, “It tastes different, but good.” It tastes different than (this drink) when you drink it neat.
Eve said the consistency of the product changed once she put the ice cream in and mixed it, making it more like the barista-made Frappuccinos you get at the store
“It tastes like a frappe. It tastes like you go to Starbucks and get a good frappe, that’s what this tastes like.’
Eve then finished off the video by telling her followers that they’ve been drinking the booze wrong “our whole life.”
The drink can be purchased from various supermarkets and shops for around £2.10 depending on the shop.
Although it varies from branch to branch, a barista-made grande Frappuccino can cost as much as £4.95.
This is over $1 cheaper than buying a barista-made Frappuccino in a Starbucks store.
She captioned the video: “The most chaotic video. BUT THIS IS LIFE CHANGING! (Bit exaggerated, but actually it’s great).’
People took to the comments to discuss the video, with some people even sharing their own recommendations.

Another wrote, “You don’t blend it, you put it in the freezer for about two hours and then shake it to make it into a Frappuccino.”
A third commented, “Or just mix instant coffee sugar (for that exact bottle about 2-3 scoops) and milk to dissolve the coffee and sugar, then add ice and mix again.”
A fourth said: ‘No wonder it tastes so strong when you drink it right away.’
