There will be an open beta of Monster Hunter Wilds, which will allow you to disable character creation

Monster Hunter Wilds‘ open beta will be available on PlayStation 5, Windows PC via Steam, and Xbox Series X. It will support cross-play on those platforms. Here’s when the open beta will be available for each platform:

Preloading for the open beta begins on October 30 at 8:00 PM PDT. PlayStation Plus subscribers can preload even earlier, on October 27 at 8pm PDT.

The full version of Monster Hunter Wilds will be released on February 28, 2025. To help you out, Capcom has released a new trailer for the game, highlighting the Oilwell Basin and its deadly inhabitants, the Brute Wyvern Rompopolo and the Fanged Beast Ajarakan. Beneath the basin lies a mysterious monster known as the Black Flame.
