The World’s BEST Police Chase Video! Nail-biting motorcycle chases through the city’s narrow streets leave viewers in awe… until the dramatic ending

  • Incredible police footage shows an epic motorcycle chase through the streets of Osasco
  • Stunned onlookers watch fugitive motorcyclist and female passenger evade police in Brazil
  • Breathtaking six-minute video called one of the best police chases ever

This video is perhaps the most exciting and action-packed police chase not seen in a Hollywood movie.

This nerve-wracking police motorcycle chase took place in the narrow streets of the Brazilian city of Osasco, Sao Paulo in 2021 and was captured by a motorcycle officer’s body camera.

The wanted man is seen riding a 300cc Honda

In the six-minute video, the two narrowly avoid cars, buses, another police car and even a ladder, in a chase that sees them make a series of tight turns and fly over speed bumps into the air.

Despite a series of breathtaking near misses, the officer manages to stay on the lead rider’s heels, while he and the passenger frequently turn around in shock to see the law still pursuing them.

The chase ends when the runner falls onto a tight sidewalk, where he is seen removing his helmet and surrendering to the officer.

The images went viral this year when X-profile @clipsthatgohard, a channel specialized in videos and radical shots, shared the video on Sunday, May 7.

The video was viewed eight million times in less than 24 hours.

The recording was also posted on the YouTube channels of Brazilian news channel UOL and Talking2musicians, who accompanied the clips with a soft rock soundtrack.

A number of online users commented on the breathtaking action, with one writing: ‘This video is an action director’s dream! I mean, even if they tried to film this sequence with multiple cameras and a whole film crew, it would STILL never look as good… and in one take it’s just insane.

‘Both great drivers with cat reflexes, but if the suspect had an equally powerful bike, that officer would absolutely not make an arrest’

Another said: ‘This is unfortunately a normal day here in Brazil. It’s a good thing that our police officers, especially those who are motorcyclists like those of the “ROCAM” for example, are exceptional.

“They don’t rest, they chase the perpetrator until they have an accident or simply give up the escape.”

A third simply added: ‘Makes Hollywood chases look TAME! Even video games are tamer!”

The officer in the video worked for Brazil’s ROCAM force and was a member of the no-nonsense motorcycle division of São Paulo’s 1st Stoot Police Battalion.

Founded in 1982, ROCAM uses motorcycles instead of four-wheelers to better pursue the bad guys into enemy territory.

The small-displacement bikes reduce response time by allowing police to overcome obstacles and filter through city traffic congestion in their quest to apprehend criminals.

Earlier this year, crazy police chases were also seen in Brazil during the January 2023 election protests, where footage emerged of a police car driving through crowds of protesters at dangerous speeds.

The terrifying footage shows a military police car veering off a path and driving across a lawn outside the National Congress building in Brasilia.

The car sped and swerved through throngs of protesters, who were heard screaming and seen fleeing in panic from the speeding car. It is unclear whether anyone was injured in the incident.
