Now Alyssa has revealed the reasoning behind Mormons’ similar traits – using Ryan Gosling, who was raised Mormon, as an example
In a clip on her YouTube account, Alyssa explained why she thought Mormons are similar — starting with who they love and their personalities.
She said, “Have you ever wondered why certain people look Mormon? I see this all over social media.”
Alyssa pointed to Ryan Gosling, who grew up in a Mormon family but has said so before he never really considers himself onefor example, a person can easily be identified as a member of the religion because of his appearance.
The ex-member explained that this was because they only marry other people in the religion and therefore often share some DNA.
“Mormons really only marry other Mormons. You can’t get married in a Mormon temple unless it’s two Mormons getting married. This has largely contributed to the fact that the gene pool is actually very small – especially in a place like Utah, where the Mormons fled to practice polygamy. Peace,” Alyssa said.
“Those Mormons have been making babies with other Mormons for a long time, and the only other way to expand the gene pool is to convert people.”
Alyssa also noted that Mormons are often noticed from a crowd because of their personalities.
“I think another reason is not just the way Mormons look, but their vibe. Mormons are hyper-friendly, almost too friendly. Mormons are taught to share their religion. “I think Mormon culture is very copycat,” she added.
