The week of illegal migrant horror stories that shows Biden has ‘blood on his hands’

A relative of Rachel Morin, a mother of five from Maryland, says President Joe Biden has blood on his hands after authorities charged an illegal migrant with the murder of her sister — just one of several migrant-related crimes this week.

Victor Martinez Hernandez, 23, was arrested June 14 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, in connection with the 37-year-old’s murder after her naked body was found on a Maryland hiking trail nearly a year ago.

The case remained a mystery for 10 months after Morin was reported missing by her boyfriend in August 2023.

Emily Morin Lyman, Morin’s half-sister, said President Joe Biden and his administration are directly responsible for the brutal rape and murder of her sister.

“As far as I’m concerned, the Biden administration has Rachel Morin’s blood on their hands,” she told Fox & Friends on Friday morning.

This week alone, at least three migrants in the US illegally have been charged with rape, murder or both – and another pleaded guilty to raping a 12-year-old.

According to investigators, Hernandez is believed to have been hiding near a popular hiking trail when he allegedly killed Morin.

Morin’s naked and battered body was found on the Ma and Pa Hiking Trail in Bel Air, Maryland, about 45 miles north of Baltimore, the day after she was reported missing.

He allegedly assaulted, raped and killed her before fleeing the state, and Tulsa police said he was tracked to Oklahoma after officials in the state were contacted by the FBI.

Hernandez crossed the southern border illegally in February 2023 after allegedly killing another woman in El Salvador a month earlier.

He is also accused of attacking a nine-year-old girl and her mother in Los Angeles before Morin’s murder.

Morin’s mother Patty spoke on Fox News this week and called out Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas for referring to Rachel as an “individual” instead of using her name during a CNN appearance.

“It’s a completely political statement because they don’t even want to acknowledge that she was a mother or a daughter,” Patty said.

“It totally depersonalizes her and objectifies her,” she continued.

But according to Lyman, former President Donald Trump called the grieving family after the alleged rapist and murderer was arrested and spoke with them for half an hour about their tragedy.

“We are pleased and honored that President Trump called the family. I didn’t speak to him in person, but I heard the call went great,” Lyman told Fox News. “It was a good half hour.”

Lyman said Trump was sincere and forthright in the conversation, and that she appreciates how he sometimes mentions her late sister during his rallies.

The former president has been very outspoken about the impact Biden’s policies have had on the country, often using the term “migrant crime” during campaign appearances.

Trump has described it as a new type of crime that started under Biden and involves migrants in the country illegally attacking Americans.

In Biden’s 3.5 years in office, federal authorities have encountered about 10 million migrants attempting to enter the US.

It is by far the largest number of illegal border crossings in US history, and Mayorkas himself has said the border is in a state of crisis.

Tragically, Morin’s murder is not the only example of migrant crime making headlines this week.

Jocelyn Nungary, 12, was found dead of strangulation in a shallow creek near her home on Sunday

Two migrants were charged this week in the rape and murder of Jocelyn Nungary, a 12-year-old Texas girl.

Both are migrants from Venezuela who were released into the country despite being intercepted by border agents.

Franklin Jose Pena Ramos, 26, was fitted with a GPS ankle monitor by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent after crossing El Paso, Texas, on May 28, but he had cut it off by the time the pair were arrested for killing Jocelyn Nungaray.

Johan Jose Rangel Martinez, 21, was also released after being intercepted by border agents on March 14, just over three months before Jocelyn’s body was found floating in a creek near her Houston home on Monday.

The couple was charged with murder on Thursday and investigators are awaiting the results of tests to confirm whether Jocelyn was both raped and murdered.

Authorities say the 12-year-old was strangled early Monday morning and found later that morning under a bridge near a creek around Houston.

Her grieving mother, Alexis Nungary, is now struggling to come to terms with what happened.

“It’s like it’s not real,” she said Click2Houston. “I keep hearing everything, and I hear it and it doesn’t register.”

She recalled telling her daughter not to stay up too late on Sunday as she was at her work the next day. Those would be the last words she ever spoke to her daughter.

Another migrant who entered the country illegally was charged this week with raping a 13-year-old girl in New York City’s Queens borough after waving a machete at the child.

Although he was apprehended in Eagle Pass, Texas, in 2021 while illegally entering the US, he was given a court date and released into the country.

Fortunately, a group of Good Samaritans took action after the young girl called for help and began beating the migrant accused of rape, Christian Geovanny Inga-Landi, 25.

Inga-Landi crawled under a nearby car in an attempt to escape the beatings of six outraged locals.

Jeffrey Flores, 24, one of the Good Samaritans who intervened on the child’s behalf, said the alleged rapist “was screaming for help… he just kept saying, ‘Help!’ say… and I said, ‘That was the little girl. proverb.”

Flores is now in line to collect a $10,000 reward offered by the NYPD for the successful capture of Inga-Landi.

He told DailyMail.com that he had contacted police about the money and that they would contact him within days.

Flores added, “I didn’t do it for the pay, I did it for the people.”

In addition, another illegal immigrant pleaded guilty this week to the rape of a 12-year-old in Iowa.

Junior Manuel Dubon Benitez, 18, a Honduran who illegally entered the U.S. in April 2022, was arrested Feb. 14 for allegedly “sexually abusing Jane Doe, a 12-year-old child.”

Court documents show the attack took place at a home in Waterloo, Iowa.

The Honduran has reached a plea deal for third-degree sexual abuse and faces a prison sentence of up to 10 years, police said. Washington Examiner.
