New seasons of The Walking Dead spin-offs are coming exclusively to Australian streaming service Stan in 2024.
The Walking Dead: Dead City and The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon have both been renewed for a second season and launch exclusively on Stan in Australia, on the same day as the US.
A third new spin-off series titled The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live, which follows the return of fan favorites Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and Michonne (Danai Gurira), will also premiere exclusively on Stan in 2024.
The Walking Dead: Dead City follows former foes Maggie Greene (Maggie Greene) and Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) as they battle through a zombie-filled Manhattan in an attempt to rescue her son from a group of outlaws.

As he travels through a troubled but resilient land, he forms connections along the way that can complicate his attempts to get home.
Daryl, played by Norman Reedus, is the longest-serving character in The Walking Dead franchise, first appearing in the original series which ran from 2010 to 2022.
Daryl Dixon will also star Clemence Poesy, Adam Nagaitis and Eriq Ebouaney.

AMC Studios’ president of entertainment, Dan McDermott, recently issued a statement expressing that fans of the Walking Dead franchise can expect a lot from the new seasons. “We can’t wait to bring Dead City fans back to the epicenter of Manhattan for more ziplining action with Maggie and Negan,” he said.

On Daryl Dixon, McDerrmott added, “We’re thrilled to be doubling down on Daryl as we bring the apocalypse to France, transforming Notre Dame, Pont du Gard and other iconic locations into an apocalyptic landscape unlike anything we’ve seen before.”
The brand new series The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon premieres September 11 on Stan. The final episode of The Walking Dead: Dead City Season 1 premieres July 24.
