“I was at the Correspondents’ Dinner and posed with Lara Trump and Eric Trump,” Behar admitted on Tuesday’s episode, referring to one of Trump’s sons and his wife, who is now co-chair of the Republican National Committee (RNC).

“Maybe she’ll be on their Christmas card,” Haines replied.
Behar had to make it very clear where she stands on the Trumps, emphasizing that her past dealings with the family have no significance regarding her beliefs.
‘So? Anyone who knows me knows where I stand on this,” Behar said defensively. “So the photo with Eric Trump is meaningless.”

After labeling members of the Hamas terror group as “monstrous people,” she began speculating who was behind the attacks.
“I’d like to know who’s behind this because it’s very interesting that now I would think that Putin would sit back and say, ‘Wow, they’re sending their money to Israel, so maybe they won’t send it to Ukraine.’ They will not send the money to Ukraine now.”
‘I very much doubt this. And what did Donald Trump tell Putin when he was in Helsinki. These are questions that need to be answered in this country,” Behar said on The View.
