The View’s Joy Behar, 80, furiously berates her co-hosts Sunny Hostin and Alyssa Farah Griffin after the pair get into yet another FURIOUS row over politics

The View host Joy Behar was forced to play mediator for her co-stars Sunny Hostin and Alyssa Farah Griffin on Friday after the two women became embroiled in yet another furious debate over politics.

During the bitter row, 54-year-old Sunny told her co-host “you have to put your country before your party” after 34-year-old Alyssa reiterated that she will not vote for Donald Trump or Joe Biden in the upcoming election.

Every vote counts and your vote counts. I’m going to tell you again and I know you don’t want to hear it,” Sunny sneered, but Alyssa argued hers was “just one voice.”

As Joy grilled the 34-year-old about her reasons for not voting for Biden, Alyssa laughed and shouted, “Joe Biden don’t do bad because I won’t vote for Joe Biden!”

However, the conversation between Sunny and Alyssa soon erupted into a shouting match – prompting 80-year-old Joy to reprimand them both, urging them to speak “one at a time,” before describing the segment as “chaos.”

Blunt comment: Sunny told Alyssa to ‘put her country above her party’

The moderator, standing in for Whoopi Goldberg, started the conversation about Biden and said to the rest of the panel, “Let me just say something about Joe Biden. According to what I am observe, the economy is booming, inflation is down. The stock market is doing well. People get bread on the table more easily, et cetera.

He doesn’t seem to get credit for that, just 41 percent approval. Is it because they think he’s old? Because I don’t see anything else where they can specifically point to him.’

Alyssa responded and said, “Well, that’s a question for Democrats?” but Joy was having none of it and fired back bluntly, “Well, no, it’s actually a question for you because you said you wouldn’t vote for Biden.”

“We’re talking about my voice, my only voice,” Alyssa replied when Sunny agreed, telling her, “Every vote counts and your vote counts.” I’m going to tell you again and I know you don’t want to hear it.’

The mother-of-two was referring to a debate they had on the show last month when she accused Alyssa of “throwing away” her vote – a claim that left the brunette looking visibly annoyed.

Alyssa fought back during the show’s final episode, asking Joy and Sunny, “Why isn’t your candidate doing better with the Democrats?” That’s who he needs to win.’

Clearly frustrated, Joy shouted back, ‘Because they think he’s old, that’s why! Listen, I’m the same age as Joe Biden…”

Alyssa thought it was funny and laughed, “Joe Biden isn’t doing bad because I’m not going to vote for Joe Biden! Let me make that clear!’

Not having: The 34-year-old argued her vote was ‘just one vote’ as she stood her ground

Too Loud: Joy described the segment as “chaos” as Sunny and Alyssa continued to talk at the same time

“At some point you have to put your country before your party,” Sunny was heard to say to her as Joy waved her hands in the air and screamed; “Oh, it’s chaos!”

Ana Navarro decided to join in, saying, “First of all, I don’t think (Barack) Obama went into the Oval office and had lunch with Biden to tell him ‘you’re a weak candidate’, but to tell him, ‘Don’t take anything like obviously on”.

“I think one of the problems Hillary (Clinton) had was that she spent too long thinking, ‘Latins are going to vote Trump because it’s Trump, African Americans are going to vote for me because I’m anti-Trump,’ and what Obama says for Biden is there is only one way to run in politics, you hard and you run scared and you don’t take each group for granted,’ Ana added.

Sunny wanted to reiterate her point and fired back, “He gives him good advice, but we need good Republicans who vote for their country before they vote for their party.”

Joy was eager to have the last word and said, “Last time we were all in shock when Trump won. Let’s not forget that.

“I went to the Democratic convention and said to Nancy Pelosi, ‘What if Trump wins?’ and she said “he’s not going to win”, hello! On your point and on Obama’s point we must always be vigilant or we will lose the country.’
