The View’s Ana Navarro shows off her shrinking frame in white mini dress as she continues her lavish European getaway – prompting fans to speculate she’s been using OZEMPIC
The View host Ana Navarro has taken to social media to show off her continued weight loss, with some fans begging her to reveal how she managed to shed the pounds.
Ana, 51, is currently sunbathing in Greece with husband Al Cárdenas and is radiantly tanned after spending more than a week in Turkey, where she showed off her body in a range of different swimwear.
The Nicaraguan-American star took to Instagram on Monday to share some new snaps of herself modeling a white mini dress — which led to some people asking her if she’s been on the diabetes drug Ozempic.
Ana paired the stylish piece with a pair of espadrille wedge sandals and a simple gold bracelet and her new evil eye necklace.
The TV star wore her brunette hair straight down and posed with her hands on her hips as 75-year-old Al snapped

Ana also shared a sweet selfie of them together standing on a boat while Al – who was dressed in a nice blue shirt – lovingly leaned his head against hers.
She also shared a joyful video of her dancing among a crowd as they enjoyed an onboard disco.
Referring to their pet dog, Ana wrote the post: “Yesterday @chacha_cardenas parents got dressed up. And then I partied all night and co-opted the DJ booth again, turning the place into a Latin disco.
‘Oh, and somewhere in between I played 80’s Music Bingo. I’ve really become that Tía who doesn’t leave the party,” she added.
A’s 735,000 followers quickly responded to the post when one person wrote, “Holy moly! You look fantastic!! I hope I look this good in 10 years!’
Another fan commented, “Looking beautiful,” while a third person told her, “Honey, you serve and shine!”
A fourth person commented, “Ana, you and Al look like teenagers!!!!!! You look great!’ and a fifth added, ‘you look incredible!! KILL QUEEN.”
However, one person begged Ana to tell them how she managed to keep the weight off.

‘Is it wegovy or Ozempic, or compound semaglutide? It’s not a pickle ball once a week. Just be honest, you are about everything else. It would be a boost and support for those of us considering it,” they wrote.
Another fan asked, ‘Ozempic or gastric sleeve? You have a platform where people can inform themselves about these facts for health reasons. I did and I’m glad I’m healthier.’
Another person simply asked, “Ozempic? Does it work?’ and someone else commented, ‘You look fantastic!! How did you lose weight??? I need your secret!! You were never heavy, but now you’re damn thin!’
The day before, Ana shared a slew of sun-soaked selfies as she relaxed in the beautiful weather and took in the experience.
She captioned the post: ‘#SundayFunday. Swimming in the Aegean Sea off the coast of Santorini, drinking Assyrtiko wine and just taking it all in. The island of Santorini is spectacularly beautiful, but very busy and very hot in August.
‘The only way to get to the island is by donkey (yuck), make a long line for a cable car, or walk 40 minutes uphill. My recommendation is to rent a boat. The sailing. Feel the sea breeze. Having greek lunch and wine. Jump in the ocean.’
She then revealed, “Al didn’t jump in because he hates cold water. He misses. It’s colder than Miami, but warmer than Hamptons. You can rent a boat (not cheap), but you can also buy a ticket on a tour boat and sail & swim the caldera with a group.
‘Try real Greek wine too. It is dry, crunchy and mineral. Haven’t tried Ouzo yet… not yet! Oh yes, I just crossed another one off the bucket list,’ Ana added.
Feeling confident: The brunette was glowing with flesh during her week in sunny Turkey

In June, Ana responded to an Ozempic question on Instagram when a person responded to her post saying, “When will you make it clear that you are in Ozempic?” It will help others. It works. It’s the real thing. It provides the willpower needed to stop eating. It clearly corrects an insulin imbalance that we must have.”
The Chinandega, Nicaragua-born TV personality replied that she has “posted about (her) weight-loss journey many times,” detailing the latest measures she’s taken in recent years.
Navarro, who was involved in the late Senator John McCain’s 2008 presidential campaign, said, “I’ve struggled with my weight all my life,” adding that “the pandemic and menopause made it worse.”
Navarro said her mother’s death in 2021 from kidney disease brought on by diabetes — “She suffered terribly for the last few years of her life,” she said — spurred her to become proactive in her quest for better health.
Ana explained that in August 2022 she visited Rancho La Puerta ‘wellness spa’ in Mexico with two old friends.
‘We had all turned 50 and wanted to live a healthier life. I spent time there learning how to cook and eat healthier, reprogramming the way I think about my lifestyle and being more active. We spent hours a day doing all kinds of exercise classes,” she noted.
