President Joe Biden made a statement with his outfit when he took the stage of The View and went for a jog.
Biden, 81, showed his support for Ukraine by wearing a pin with the American and Ukrainian flags side by side.
The Democrat received a standing ovation from the hosts and audience of the ABC talk show on Wednesday.
Many viewers were angry about Biden’s choice of a pin, accusing the president of putting foreign interests above America’s.
Right-wing media outlet Townhall.com noticed the X pin and wrote: ‘Joe Biden wears a pin with the flag of Ukraine on “The View.”‘

An X user supported Biden’s statement on Ukraine in a comment under the outlet’s post, writing, “So what? Ukraine is our ally, unlike the MAGA Republicans in Congress.”
However, other X users disagreed with the president’s decision to wear the pin, saying his administration is putting too much emphasis on Ukraine following the Russian invasion.
Someone wrote: ‘Biden is going on the sitcom The View wearing a joint US/Ukraine flag pin. Where is his Israel/US pin? As an American, I am sickened by the Biden Harris administration’s unwarranted hatred for some of our allies and even more sickened by their hatred and contempt for half of American citizens and for the United States and everything it stands for.’
Another added: ‘I saw a clip today with Biden in the picture. He is wearing a pin with both the American and Ukrainian flags. He is a disgrace. Our president should only wear ONE flag, the American flag.’

The Democratic Party has continued to support Ukraine since the Russian invasion in February 2022.
In a show of commitment to the Ukrainian cause, Biden called on Ukraine’s supporters to remain steadfast in his final address to the UN General Assembly on Tuesday.
“We must not grow tired,” he said. “We must not look away.”
His appearance before the international body offered Biden one of his last major chances as president to make his case for maintaining strong support for Ukraine, a support that could be called into question if former President Donald Trump defeats Vice President Kamala Harris in November.
During his appearance on The View, Biden criticized Trump, saying he has no social value whatsoever and said he would like to squash him like a bug.
The President was greeted like a true rock star by the presenters, who welcomed him with open arms, and by the audience, who gave him a standing ovation.
“It’s like having one of the Beatles at your table,” Sara Haines enthused.
Whoopi Goldberg praised the president repeatedly during his 30-minute appearance on the show.
“You were my ride or die,” she said. “Thank you for everything you’ve done in my life.”

“He’s a kisser,” Joy Behar said. “That’s what I like about him.”
As Biden walked onto the stage amid sustained applause, Behar said of the audience, “They love you.”
“It’s always better when you leave,” Biden replied.
Biden also spoke about his decision to withdraw from the race and his immediate assessment of Trump.
“I’m at peace with my decision,” Biden said of his withdrawal from the presidential race.
However, he also had harsh words for Trump, issuing some of his harshest criticisms yet of the Republican presidential nominee.
“There’s not a lot of social redeeming value,” Biden said of the former president. “He really doesn’t believe — doesn’t believe — in democracy.”
Whoopi Goldberg described Donald Trump as an ‘insect’
“I’m not sure he realizes what he’s doing,” he added.
The president repeated his argument that he could have beaten Trump but decided he “loved his country more,” an argument he used repeatedly as he described his decision to resign after his party pressured him to drop out of the race.
“I never really bought the claims that there was somehow an overwhelming reluctance to run again. I didn’t feel that,” he said. “We were always within reach of beating this guy.”
“I was confident. I would beat Trump,” he said.
But Democrats, led by former Speaker Nancy Pelosi, believed Biden would lose and drag the party down with him after his disastrous debate with Trump. Party leaders pressured him to step aside.
Biden laughed when The View hosts asked him about Pelosi.
“Our relationship is fine,” he said.
Biden, who defeated Trump in the 2020 election, revealed the advice he gave Harris, describing her as a partner in his administration.
“Be yourself. She’s smart as hell, number one. She’s tough,” he said.
“As vice president, there wasn’t a single thing I did that she couldn’t do. I was able to delegate to her responsibility for everything from foreign policy to domestic policy,” he noted.
He was very complimentary about his vice president.
“I think she has the energy, the intelligence, the courage and the stamina and she has the courage to do the right thing,” he said of Harris.
Biden, 81, also seemed incredulous at how old he was.
“It’s hard for me to say how old I am. It really is. I give my word. It’s like holy god that can’t be right.”
