After a scam scandal and an attempted kidnapping, happy days are upon us again for a human-ragdoll hybrid family in Brazil, who have announced they are “expecting” their second child.
Meirivone Rocha Moraes, 37, posts TikTok videos of her milestones with husband Marcelo and their rag doll son Marcelinho — but her videos show that her unusual family is just like the rest of us in many ways.
In addition to announcing the big events of her life, the “mom” also uses her videos to show the mundaneness of their daily routine, including taking care of the “baby” and the daily commute to work.
And, like many families, Marcelo spends his days working hard to support his wife and child, doing back-breaking jobs on a construction site to provide for them.
The “parents” often sit down for question and answer sessions with their followers on TikTok to talk about their family life, including not sending Marcelinho to school.
In recent videos shared by Meirivone, she showed her rag doll husband getting ready to head to the construction site for a long day of work, commuting by scooter.
In the video, he explains that his routine of hard work is due to the couple having another baby on the way.
While Marcelo sat on the back of the shiny red scooter, his loving wife packed the vehicle with everything he would need for a day on the property, including a broom.
Once the scooter was packed and Marcelo was comfortably seated in the backseat, Meirivone jumped in the front, wrapped her husband’s arms around her waist and started the engine to drive him to work.

Another clip shows Marcelo at the construction site where he appears to be in charge of moving sand and materials and supervising the mixing of cement.
While appearing slightly less helpful than his human colleagues, he takes on numerous tasks in what appears to be grueling work.
When not at work, Marcelo spends the day catching up on events with his wife over lunch at a cafe.
The pair have been filmed sharing a meal and fizzy drink as Meirivone talks to her husband and updates him.
As for their eldest son, Marcelinho, who recently returned safely to his family following a ‘kidnapping’, he has returned to his normal routine quite quickly.

In a video describing her morning routine with her “son,” Meirivone revealed that she wakes up early with Marcelinho – but Marcelo struggles to get out of bed at the same time, and she often has to force him awake.
When the family members are all awake, they have breakfast together, while Meirivone feeds Marcelinho at the table at the same time.
This week, Meirivone announced that they are getting ready to welcome another “child” into the family and reveal her positive pregnancy test on TikTok to the world.
“I am very happy because I am pregnant again with Marcelo,” Meirivone said. This time we’re having a girl.
“We really wanted to get pregnant again, Marcelo kept asking when we were going to have another baby, and I said one day.
“There were a few times when I was nauseous, so I took a test, but it was negative.
‘However, I recently started feeling nauseous again, so I bought a test from the local pharmacy and it was positive!
‘We are so happy. We would really like to have a little princess.
“We already have a boy, but if the baby turns out to be one, we’ll love them anyway.”
Having gone through relationship problems in the past, the couple hopes that having another baby will strengthen their marital bond.
Last year, Meirivone revealed she caught Marcelo cheating, and she’s been struggling to trust her husband ever since.
She said, “Since we found out he was cheating on me, we’ve been very distant.
“We still live in the same house, but it’s not the same. But now, because of the baby, things are different.
“Marcelo has been much more affectionate to me and I believe this will improve our relationship. This new baby will save our marriage.”
Meirivone met her lover after complaining to her mother that she was single and had no one to dance with.
Her mother then created Marcelo the rag doll and it was love at first sight as the couple enjoyed a whirlwind romance.
