Speaking on This Morning, Helen revealed that the costume and tight corsets were causing her “internal damage” and admitted that she no longer feels anything in her hips.

Speaking about the new role, Dermot asked: “When you go back to the theater, as an actor, how scary is it?”

Helen admitted: Absolutely terrifying! It is, but we shoot for six months out of the year, and aside from Covid, I’ve always tried to do some kind of theater in between.

“Because it really picks you up and revives you and I think it sharpens you up.”
