The Traitors winner Harry Clark shows off his incredible two-stone weight loss transformation with before-and-after snaps

Harry Clark took to Instagram on Monday to show off his impressive two-stone weight loss transformation in a before-and-after moment.

The Traitors winner, 23, proudly showed off his new physique as he went shirtless for a mirror selfie at his gym.

In the previous photo, Harry wore green swimming shorts as he posed in front of the sea while enjoying a holiday abroad.

He revealed that the previous photo was taken in August and at that time he weighed 100 kg, while now he weighs 85 kg.

He captioned his post with: “Reminder to myself on December 1st (Christmas tree and Santa emoji)”

‘Don’t forget to always look at how far you’ve come! In the first photo I was currently around 85kg and it felt like nothing had really changed, and in the second photo I am on holiday in August with 100+kg.

He also posted several photos of his girlfriend Anna Maynard, sister of pop star Conor Maynard, whom he started dating in April 2022.

‘People always tell me they swear I’ve never had to lose weight before, but the proof is in the pudding: I was a chubby bunny.’

“It’s crazy to think this is just the beginning, who knows where I’ll be next August. “Hope everyone’s had a good week, I’m currently dealing with the fact that next week I’ll be 24 this time (celebration emoji) which is crazy but what a year 23 has been (love heart emoji).”

The TV star also gave a glimpse into what his life has been like in recent months, as he shared several gym mirror selfies, a slew of holiday snaps and photos of his girlfriend Anna Maynard.

Harry previously shared that he lost six pounds in just four days during the intensive 1st Class Bootcamp he attended with Anna.

The intensive, structured program had not only helped him lose weight, but also regain a sense of mental clarity that had eluded him for a while.

The Series Two winner previously opened up about his struggles with his mental health after finding fame on the BBC show.

The British army engineer told the newspaper Monday Mile Podcast with Aimee Fuller: ‘It’s so weird, my life has been very 50/50 this whole time.’

“I mean, there’s obviously good and bad about it. The bad probably about the four months, and that the success of the show is probably losing myself a little bit.’

The Traitors winner also gave a glimpse into what his life has been like over the past few months as he shared several selfies in the gym.

In one fell swoop, Anna beamed and struck a silly pose outside the Padium Padel Club in London, ahead of a workout

In another selfie photo, the TV favorite wore a casual ensemble and cool glasses as he enjoyed a stroll

“Obviously, as a council boy from Slough, I go to these events. If you have a drink, or a glass of Prosecco, as soon as you finish it, you get another one in your hand.”

“And then I look around to pay the bill, but there’s no one to pay. So I’ve been getting the most out of it for four months now.’

“So I lost my training, and I lost myself a little bit mentally, but I just kept working and now I’m kind of finding that balance.”

Harry won the £95,000 prize from The Traitors in January after duping his fellow contestants, including Faithful runner-up Mollie Pierce.

He quickly became a fan favorite on Claudia Winkleman’s reality show because of his warm and sassy, grumpy personality.

However, this was a far cry from how he felt in the years leading up to the show, and Harry admitted that he had hit rock bottom before.

He said: ‘Around the age of 21 I went through a bad time. I was in the darkest place you could imagine.”

‘I felt like I wanted to end it. I was a pretty angry kid. But the military shaped my characteristics and made me the man I am today.”

‘I started to face my emotions and learned to give myself time to be angry and sad. I started setting time limits for myself to process my feelings. Then I told myself I couldn’t waste any more time being angry or upset.”

“I realized that time is the most important thing and I didn’t want to waste it. In the military, I was the guy people would talk to. All I want to do is help. It’s a lonely world and it’s easy to be blinded by mental health.”

Reflecting on his win on The Traitors, Harry said he was still working when the film aired but has since left the army.

A constant in his success is his girlfriend Anna, the sister of pop star Conor Maynard, whom he started dating in April 2022.

It comes after Harry’s series The Traitors won the National Television Award for best reality competition, beating The Apprentice, Celebrity Big Brother, Love Island and Race Across the World.
