A wild new teaser for Yellowjackets season two has surfaced, ratcheting up the tension and intrigue of the sensational first season.

The show tells the story of a high school girls’ soccer team that is stranded in the woods after a plane crash 25 years ago, leading to cult activity and cannibalism.

Meanwhile, a quarter of a century later, adult versions of the girls are seen struggling to move on with their lives, all while the mysteries of the past continue to unravel.

Juliette Lewis, as the adult version of the character Nat, whose teenage version is played by Sophie Thatcher, is faced with the shocking news that came at the end of the first season.

Lottie, a schizophrenic girl who was at the accident and played by Courtney Eaton as a teenager, turns out to have survived the ordeal in the woods and become a cult leader.

The adult version of Lottie is now being played by Simone Kessel, a new addition to the cast who appears right at the beginning of the trailer.

Lottie is seen shining a light on Nat’s face and encouraging her to face her demons, saying, “Listen to my voice and see the light, allow yourself to come back.”
