The Sugababes surprised commuters in London’s King’s Cross when they treated them to a surprise performance on Thursday.

The girl group shocked passers-by when they emerged from a large Sky Broadband platform in the train station.

The group performed their hit Push the Button after audience members pressed a giant button on a billboard.

The trio, made up of Mutya Buena, Keisha Buchanan and Siobhan Donaghy, looked fantastic during their surprise show.

Mutya, 39, wore a black crop top that highlighted her toned midriff and paired it with a matching bomber jacket and pink pants.

Keisha, 40, opted for a purple jacket and matching trousers, teamed with a black bralet, while Siobhan, 40, wore a purple long-sleeved top and black leather trousers.

The performance was part of a campaign for Sky Broadband, with the band becoming the Suga Broadband Babes to highlight how easy it is to switch broadband providers.

It comes after the original trio took a brutal swipe at their former bandmates.

Keisha, Mutya and Siobhan formed the iconic girl band in 1998.

However, the line-up saw several shake-ups after Siobhan left in 2001 and was replaced by Heidi Range – with Mutya and Keisha eventually being replaced by Amelle Berrabah and Jade Ewen respectively in the mid-2000s.

Now appearing on Will Manning’s Capital Breakfast show on Thursday, the OG members reflected on the group’s formation over the years, stating that they will always be the best and “the essence” of the group.

“You three are the OG Sugababes, but out of all the versions, which one do you think was the best?” Will asked.

Mutya joked: “The first!”

“I think the thing is we started it when we were young teenagers,” Siobhan said, while Mutya added: “It’s our baby.”

Siobhan continued, “And I think there will always be something about the Sugababes that this is for us, it’s where it started, and it’s the essence of what it is.”

“That makes sense,” Will replied.

It comes after the girl band announced they will be hitting the road for their ‘biggest ever UK and European tour’ in spring 2025, with shows in cities including London, Birmingham and Cardiff.

The original members reunited in 2019 and have since sold out The O2, closed Glastonbury stages twice due to demand and performed to record crowds at European gigs.
