The StarCraft series is coming to Game Pass
During the Xbox Tokyo Game Show 2024 broadcast, Microsoft announced that it would be bringing some of the best real-time strategy campaigns of all time to Game Pass. StarCraft Remastered And StarCraft 2: Campaign Collection will be added to the subscription service on November 5.
Although all StarCraft And StarCraft2 The multiplayer is free-to-play anyway, but the most important thing is the addition of the games’ brilliant campaigns, with their challenging and inventive set design, memorable characters, and Chris Metzen’s typically melodramatic Blizzard storytelling.
StarCraft Remastered includes the campaign from the 1998 original plus its expansion Brood warwhile StarCraft 2: Campaign Collection brings together the game’s three campaigns — Wings of freedom, Heart of the SwarmAnd Legacy of Emptiness — plus the Nova Secret Operations mission pack and the Co-op Commanders mode.
There are no console versions of these games, so they’re only coming to PC Game Pass and Game Pass Ultimate.
Microsoft still has plenty left to raid in the Blizzard Vault, including all previous Diablo games and the entire Warcraft franchise. What will be next?
