iRobot's Roomba j9+ is currently at its best price ever again at Amazon, so if you're looking for a smart friend to help you clean in 2024, now's the best time to get one since Black Friday.
Instead of the usual price of $899, the Roomba j9+ self-draining robot vacuum cleaner is up to $599 at Amazon – you save $300, or a third off. As we've already said, this is the cheapest this vacuum has ever been, which is especially good considering it was only launched a few months ago.

We tested iRobot's Roomba Combo j9+ (look out for our review in the new year) and we're thoroughly impressed with its cleaning capabilities.
While it's not a complete replacement for a more traditional vacuum cleaner – it's not perfect at removing dirt from corners, and it can't clean upholstery or stairs – it still does an excellent job of sucking up the vast majority of dirt or to mop up. The dock is also a very convenient tool, as it only needs to be emptied or refilled every 60 and 30 days. This happens a lot less often than when the robot vacuum cleaner itself would have to be emptied.
The mapping and obstacle detection are pretty solid too. It can intelligently tell the difference between objects it needs to go around and similarly sized dirt piles it needs to pick up, it can detect which rooms tend to get messiest and clean them up first, and it can scrub tough stains to remove your hard floors. make it look cleaner. than regular mopping robots.
We think it's a handy gadget, and at this price it's a must-buy.
