The Rock’s Gold Coast luxury resort-style mega-mansion hit the market after last selling for $12 million three years ago
A luxury mansion in Queensland featured in Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson’s 2015 Hollywood disaster film San Andreas has hit the market.
Located in Broadbeach Waters on the Gold Coast, the expansive resort-style pad features five bedrooms and six bathrooms.
There is no price listed for the property, however a similar home The Rock rented on the nearby island of Capri while filming the movie in 2014 sold for an eye-watering $24 million.
The massive 3,296-square-foot, two-story home was used as a filming location for several San Andreas scenes and last went under the hammer in 2020 for $12.5 million, according to The courier mail.
Also known as ‘Te Moana’, the lavish estate sits on the waterfront of the River Main and is said to be one of the Gold Coast’s grandest homes.

Johnson reportedly paid $20,000 a week to rent a mansion in the desirable suburb while filming the disaster movie San Andreas at nearby Gold Coast studios.
