On Friday morning, the actor posted a video of himself holding his breath underwater in a pool for several moments while one of his children swam nearby.
Chris participates in Moves That Matter in his Centrfit program and has so far logged 200 minutes of holding his breath underwater.
“Don’t let distractions get in the way of your goals… no matter how hard they try to swim in front of you,” she captioned the video.
In the video, Chris showed off his ripped abs, chiseled chest and broad shoulders as he led his son around the pool.

Chris recently flaunted his physique while surfing at a beach not far from his $7 million Byron Bay home on Wednesday.
There he showed off his chiseled chest and bulging biceps while wearing a star-studded black swimsuit.
He celebrated the festive season with his family at a $30,000-a-week resort in Fiji.
