The REAL reason I’m A Celebrity’s stopped arguing with Nigel Farage after fiery clash

I'm a celebrity… Get me out of here! producers reportedly had a 'gentle' word with Nella Rose after her fiery clash with Nigel Farage.

The YouTuber, 26, recently confronted the former UKIP leader, 59, over their differing political views, calling him “anti-immigrant” in a tense row, but they appeared to be on calmer terms in recent days.

It followed the 'Dadgate' saga, when she claimed Fred Sirieix 'disrespected' her when he said he old enough to be her father after talking about her own father's death.

But it is claimed that producers contacted Nella after her clash with Nigel to remind her to enjoy and 'laugh' amid the 'difficult time'.

A source told The Sun: Nella is feisty and fun – and she doesn't put up with any nonsense from her campmates.

'But when I see her clashing with Nigel, it means she's had a hard time. Producers spoke to Nella and reminded her to enjoy the experience and keep smiling.

'Life in camp can be grueling and sometimes the stars forget that it should be fun too.'

The source went on to say that producers are reaching out to the campmates every day for their well-being and want to see more of Nella's “hilarious” side in the camp.

MailOnline has contacted representatives for Nella and ITV for comment.

Last week, Nella claimed black people 'don't like' Nigel Farage in a tense row in which she also called him 'anti-immigrant'.

In the argument she said: 'I'm one of them' – a nod to her birth in Belgium to Congolese parents before arriving in Britain in 2009.

Nigel asked her: “Who told you that?”, to which Nella replied, “The Internet,” prompting the politician to exclaim: 'Oh yes, there we are, then it must be true.'

Nella then said, 'It must be so! Okay, but why don't black people like you?' but Nigel replied: 'If you came with me around South London you would be amazed.'

Nella asked, “So everyone hates you for no reason?” Not that everyone hates you, that was so bad. Sorry.'

Nigel – who has previously denied being racist – replied: 'You can disagree with someone but it's downright unfair to throw accusations around the way they have been thrown around. Anti-immigrant, right? No, no, all I've said is we can't go any further with the numbers coming into Britain.'

The row unfolded in front of EastEnders star Danielle Harold in the camp washroom, who then tried to cut the ice by saying: 'I didn't expect to be involved in a full-blown political debate. I just came for a bubble bath.”

Nella said to Nigel: 'My main point was that we ended up in this jungle and I really like you and I want to know why everyone hated you.

'We don't need to find common ground. You probably like a lot of things that I don't like. And I probably like a lot of things that you don't like… we can have these conversations.”

The pair ended their conversation by “agreeing to disagree” on their positions, with Nella noting that they “don't have to come to an agreement.”

Writing in the Bush Telegraph, Nigel said: 'What was interesting was at the end she said, 'Well, OK, we're going to agree to disagree.' And that's the most important thing: agreeing to disagree.'

Nella later insisted she had no 'problem' with Nigel, telling him: 'Let's just not be the best of friends because we're obviously from two different sides of the world and you'll never understand my problems and struggles.'

Elsewhere, Nella previously fell out with the 51-year-old star of The First Dates after she claimed she was 'disrespected' when he said he was old enough to be her father.

She felt insulted because she had previously spoken about her father's death and therefore refused to talk or watch the French TV personality or eat the food he cooked in the camp.

However, things appeared to thaw between the pair, despite Fred previously apologizing, as the pair finally bonded after beating Marvin Humes and Nick Pickard in a basketball challenge.
