The REAL Andrew puppy! 15-week-old dog is found surrounded by 32 feet of toilet roll

This mischievous pooch has been dubbed ‘the real Andrex puppy’ after she was found surrounded by 10 meters of toilet roll she dragged around her owner’s house.

When Jum Hurford, from Devon, went to investigate the scratching from above, she was stunned to realize cockapoo Nellie had made an unruly mess.

Footage shows 15-week-old Nellie sitting on a long piece of toilet roll with an ‘innocent’ look on her face, but when Jum asks ‘is that you?’ she scurries out of range.

The 40-year-old can then be heard saying “oh my god” as she sees a huge stack of tissues on the landing with a long path leading to her bathroom.

Jum believes her mischievous dog had jumped up to bite the white tissue of the wall-mounted receptacle before running across the landing to her bedroom.

She thinks the dog was intrigued by the role and wanted to see how much the 32-foot piece would cover her upstairs floor.

Despite having to spend 10 minutes rolling the mess back onto the cardboard tube, the mother-of-two admitted it was “too hard” to be annoyed with her fussy pup.

The video, shared on Facebook on Sunday, has garnered nearly 300 comments, with amused users comparing her to the Andrex puppy from the toilet paper maker’s TV ads.

Jum, from Brixham, Devon, said: ‘She’s like a real Andrex puppy. The toilet roll was literally from one side of the landing to the other. I could not believe it.

“I followed it into my bedroom and I thought, ‘I have to film this.’

“When I asked her if it was her she looked at me like she wanted to tell me it wasn’t and then she just ran off.

“I thought it was funny because it’s too hard to be annoyed. She’s too cute. She can get away with murder.

“I think she wondered what was going on and wanted to cause trouble. She must have jumped up to reach [the roll] then pulled it over.

“She just took it away and didn’t destroy it, so I think she wanted to know how far it could go.” She is very naughty. I bet she had a lot of fun.’

Since the video, now 15-month-old Nellie has broken a pair of Jum’s £200 two-week-old glasses and a pair of slippers.

But she insists the cockapoo hasn’t pulled the toilet roll since, despite it being in the same place.

Jum’s Facebook post jokingly said, “Get a cockapoo, they said.” It’s going to be fun, they said.’

After she shared the clip online, many went wild for the adorable pooch, declaring that she resembled the Andrex dog.

One commented, “She looks too cute to tell.”

Jum replied, “Don’t fall in front of that darling.”

A second quipped, “Audition for the new Andrex ad.”

Another agreed, adding, “Aww so cute. The new Andrex dog.”

It’s far from the first time a mischievous dog’s behavior has gone viral online.
