- The $7.20 packages are the brand’s modern take on dental gemstones

Styling your smile is the quirky new fashion trend set to take Australia by storm this month, with the launch of temporary tattoos… for your teeth.
The team at dental company Hismile, best known for its range of celebrity-loved whitening products, has launched today SmileStika – a set of expressive tooth tattoos.
The little tats are oral safe and use a water-activated adhesive to transfer the design to the teeth.
Once in place, they stay in place for up to 12 hours. They stay on through drinking and eating and are easily removed using a simple ‘brush, rinse, remove’ method.
There are five different packages of 20 pieces worth €7.20, each with a unique design: Flower, Fun, Fruit, Mixed Gem and Fast Food.

Nik Mirkovic and Alex Tomic, the brand’s young Australian founders, said they had been eyeing the rising trend of dental gemstones for years and wanted to bring something different to the market.
“We saw a gap in the market given the dedication and effort required to receive a dental gem from a dentist,” they told FEMAIL.
‘That’s where the concept of tattoos for your teeth originated.
We think our customers want to express themselves and SmileStika gives them that opportunity, with designs that suit everyone. They now have the opportunity to reflect their mood on their teeth, or style their smile to complete a look.”

The launch follows the hugely successful purple V34 tooth color corrector gracing millions of people’s TikTok feeds.
The $35 color correction technology, endorsed by Kim Kardashian, is described as “makeup for your teeth” and offsets any yellow tones for an instant brightening boost.
Customers have been sharing their impressive before and after photos since launch, with many praising the immediate results and safe formulation.
It was developed in collaboration with Emeritus Professor Laurence Walsh, a leading expert in the field of teeth whitening, who helped the team achieve their peroxide-free formulation that reveals the truest shade of white, without causing tooth sensitivity or demineralization.
