We’ve seen a fair number of Samsung Galaxy S25 leaks in recent months, but this could be the biggest yet: dozens of images posted online supposedly show the three main phones in the four main color options, and we’ve got detailed spec lists too .
Starting with the specifications, these are coming true Android Headsand they cover virtually every detail of the upcoming Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Plus and Galaxy S25 Ultra – all of which are powered by a specially designed Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset.
Screen sizes for the S25, S25 Plus and S25 Ultra are apparently 6.2 inches, 6.7 inches and 6.9 inches respectively. It looks like 12GB of RAM is standard for every model (at least in Europe), with storage options ranging between 128GB and 1TB across the range.
The S25 and S25 Plus are said to have a 50MP + 12MP + 10MP rear camera with 3x optical zoom, while the Ultra apparently bumps this up to 200MP + 50MP + 50MP + 10MP with 5x optical zoom . Almost all of these specs match up very well with previous rumors, making us more inclined to think they’re accurate.

As for the designs of these phones, Android Heads has also posted an extensive gallery showing the phones from all angles and in the four main expected colors. It looks like they are official promo photos leaked from Samsung.
There aren’t many surprises here, and we’ve already heard about the Samsung Galaxy S25’s colors in previous leaks, but you can see the redesigned camera lenses and more rounded edges of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra.
What we don’t see with these specs and image leaks is any mention of the Galaxy S25 Slim: that could be because that particular handset is expected to go on sale later than the other three, although they could very well all be announced at the same time. time.
Samsung has confirmed that it will be hosting another Unpacked product launch event on Wednesday, January 22, after which this will all be made official – and we’ll of course bring you all the news as it happens.
