The mansions on the market that just might fit the bill for newlyweds Brooklyn and Nicola
Newlyweds Brooklyn and Nicola Peltz Beckham have announced their intention to settle in Los Angeles and buy their dream home.
Selling The OC star Polly Brindle picks some properties that could be perfect for Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz
While Brooklyn has a net worth of around £7 million and heiress Nicola is the daughter of a billionaire, the celebrity couple claims they are “saving” for the right one.
Brooklyn, 24, and Nicola, 28, bought a five-bedroom, five-bathroom home for £7 million in Beverly Hills in 2021.
However, they sold it less than a year later, planning to move to Florida — a decision Nicola now admits was “stupid,” since all their work is in LA.
Now the couple is looking for a place to call home and suffice it to say the usual two-by-two-under starter home that most 20-somethings make do with won’t cut it.
Luckily for them, there is no shortage of suitable fabulous LA mansions on the market.
Here real estate agent Polly Brindle, the British star of the Netflix series Selling The OC, picks out some properties that could be perfect for Brooklyn and Nicola…
£10.5 million: Sauna created of medicinal Himalayan salt
Five bedrooms, nine bathrooms
Presented by Alex Huerta, Peter Cornell and Emma Hernan at The Oppenheim Group
At first glance it may look like a multi-story parking garage, but in fact this is a modern masterpiece high up in Beverly Hills.
Just outside the master suite is what the agents call a “private glam room,” with a hair salon, his-and-hers dressing rooms, and a glass-fronted shoe showroom.
And although they look more like snake and ladder people, there is a huge carved chessboard on the lawn of the main garden.

With a value of £40 million between them, the couple could pick up this beauty and be mortgage free.
Polly says, ‘This house has a sleek, chic and modern zen vibe and I’ve never seen such a large spa in a private home. There is even a Himalayan salt sauna, with walls made of salt stones that have medicinal properties.’
£47.8m: smart home with bathrooms left
Eight bedrooms, 21 bathrooms
Presented by Shawn Elliott at Nest Seekers and David Parnes at The Agency
This ‘modern Spanish masterpiece’ has eight bedrooms and 21 bathrooms, so even if the whole Beckham clan came to stay, there wouldn’t be a banging on the toilet door in the morning.
Located in Bel-Air, the house also has state-of-the-art “circadian rhythm” lighting that automatically adjusts to project just the right amount of light for the time of day, a private 36-seat movie theater, two swimming pools, and a professional basketball court .

£121 million: Chef’s kitchen for a cooking expert
Nine bedrooms, 14 bathrooms
Presented by Aaron Kirman at AKGRE Inc
The price tag is a bit high, so Nicola may have to ask her billionaire dad for a loan, but this Bel-Air mansion has a 360-degree view of LA and Beyoncé as a neighbor.
All nine bedrooms are en-suite and there are also five additional bathrooms.
There is a huge chef’s kitchen, equipped with Miele and Gaggenau appliances, which is big enough to host the Brooklyn film crew for his YouTube show Cookin’ With Brooklyn.

Better yet, the separate staff accommodation features a “prep kitchen,” where a maid or butler can peel a carrot or whip up some bread if Brooklyn is too busy to do it herself.
Polly says, “This footprint of this house is huge. It’s like a resort and you have a view of the city, but without having to leave the house.’
£32.4 million: 4.5m high outdoor TV rising from the pool
Five bedrooms, nine bathrooms
Presented by Jason Oppenheim at The Oppenheim Group
Described as ‘the most impressive property ever built above Sunset Strip’, this home has a garage larger than most car showrooms – perfect for storing Brooklyn’s £650,000 luxury car fleet.
There is also a 4.5m outdoor TV that rotates so it can be viewed from any room in the house – ideal for a couple of house birds who like to watch TV in bed.

£32.2 million: hotel for the comforts of home
Five bedrooms, six bathrooms, two powder rooms or ‘half bathrooms’
Presented by John Stanaland at Douglas Elliman and Tyler Stanaland at The Oppenheim Group
The world-famous Montage hotel in Laguna Beach also has private residences, such as this five-bedroom, six-bathroom home with a floating staircase as its centerpiece.
And since the house is adjacent to the hotel complex, owners have full access to the housekeeping service, so Brooklyn doesn’t even have to clean up the crumbs after making one of its famous sandwiches.

Polly says, ‘This offers a private home, but with all the added benefits of a luxury hotel, such as room service and concierge service. And you can’t get any closer to the ocean.’
£17.8 million: beach house with a boozer
Four bedrooms, nine bathrooms
Presented by Chelsea Lazkani at The Oppenheim Group
With only four bedrooms, this place may seem poky compared to other properties, but it’s right on the beach.
The sunsets and sunrises may be enough to convince Brooklyn to take some new photos and maybe release another coffee table book – this time with the photos in focus.
He also has ambitions to open a pub in LA, so the English-style bar in the basement could offer him a chance to hone his pint-pulling skills.

£15.8 million: A granny flat for Victoria
Seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms
Presented by Stephen Christie at Christie Realty Group
Moving to another country is hard, but if Brooklyn misses his family, this rustic property will remind him of home.
Similar to the Beckham Stack in the Cotswolds, it has a floating fireplace as the centerpiece of the living room.
There is a cinema room, a professional chef quality kitchen and a detached guest house.

With relations between Nicola and mother-in-law Victoria said to be cooler than the North Pole, a granny flat is the perfect solution for family visits.
Polly says, “This property is sexy, rustic, cool and fun.”
Season 2 of Selling The OC will be available on Netflix later this year.
