Fowler was letting his cat out of his apartment Saturday afternoon to get some fresh air when a man, a girl and a large dog approached her on the street.

Footage showed the dog leaping forward and overpowering the girl holding her leash.

Fowler told KRON, “I have no family. She has been through some of the roughest parts of my life and has meant everything to me.

‘She was my everything. She was all I had. It’s traumatizing.

“She was so sweet and innocent. It’s unfair the way she died. I miss her.’
