The Little Mermaid star Halle Bailey looked blissfully happy as she jumped into the ocean while rocking a neon green bikini, which showed off her incredibly toned figure.
While swimming with a black snorkel, the 22-year-old Grammy nominee filmed herself exploring the crystal clear waters with a happy smile on her face.
“Back home,” she captioned the video, which she uploaded to her Instagram on Monday, which received more than 149,278 likes and 677 comments in less than 24 hours.

The actress, who will star as Ariel in Disney’s upcoming live-action adaptation of The Little Mermaid that will hit theaters next year, wore her dark locks in a low braided bun.
The artist, who has been a lifelong fan of the 1989 Disney original – based on Hans Christian Andersen’s Danish fairy tale, recently admitted that he felt “pressure” to do the best job possible after landing the iconic role on had taken.
In September, Bailey explained E! News that she didn’t want to disappoint fans with her portrayal of the red-headed mermaid.

“I definitely think because I love this movie so much and have cherished it since I was a little girl, I put a little pressure on myself,” she told the outlet.
Bailey added, “Just because I want to convey all the feelings I saw when I was a little girl.”
The actress also insisted she gave her “110% percent” to the film and is proud of herself and her performance in the upcoming adaptation.

Just days after the first trailer for the film pulled waves of racist trolls out of the woodwork, Halle found support from another big screen mermaid in Daryl Hannah.
The blonde beauty, 61, played the mermaid Madison in the 1983 hit movie Splash alongside Tom Hanks, and she showed her support for the young actress on Twitter.

The actress’ praise comes just after Jodi Benson — the voice actress who played the original Ariel in the animated classic — also showed her support.
The tweet garnered more than 4.5,000 retweets and more than 42,000 likes within just under a day of being posted on Wednesday night.
The original voice of The Little Mermaid, Jodi Benson, also publicly showed her support for Bailey on her Instagram story, writing, “Halle, you were absolutely amazing! “I’m SO proud of you and your wonderful performance as Ariel.”
