While swimming with a black snorkel, the 22-year-old Grammy nominee filmed herself exploring the crystal clear waters with a happy smile on her face.

The actress, who will star as Ariel in Disney’s upcoming live-action adaptation of The Little Mermaid that will hit theaters next year, wore her dark locks in a low braided bun.

The artist, who has been a lifelong fan of the 1989 Disney original – based on Hans Christian Andersen’s Danish fairy tale, recently admitted that he felt “pressure” to do the best job possible after landing the iconic role on had taken.

“I definitely think because I love this movie so much and have cherished it since I was a little girl, I put a little pressure on myself,” she told the outlet.

Bailey added, “Just because I want to convey all the feelings I saw when I was a little girl.”

The actress also insisted she gave her “110% percent” to the film and is proud of herself and her performance in the upcoming adaptation.
