The Kid Laroi shops for engagement rings at Tiffany & Co. in Los Angeles
The Kid Laroi, 19, sparks engagement rumors while buying diamond rings from Tiffany & Co. after dating girlfriend Katarina Deme, 18, for three years
Teen rapper The Kid Laroi has sparked rumors that he is about to propose to his girlfriend Catherine Deme.
The Stay singer, 19, was pictured on Wednesday looking at diamond engagement rings at a Tiffany & Co. store in Los Angeles.
He has been dating 18-year-old model Katarina for almost three years.
Laroi, whose real name is Charlton Howard, dressed casually in a black long-sleeved T-shirt and jeans as he walked through the store with his security guard in tow.
The Sydney-born musician said in March last year that the couple was already talking about marriage despite their young age.

We take life as it comes. But yeah, I’d love to marry Kat one day,” the Without You star shared Fashion Australia.
During a previous interview with The Kyle and Jackie O Show, Laroi revealed how he first met his girlfriend.
The native Australian hip-hop star said he never expected to fall in love so young, but he did shortly after moving from Sydney to LA, where Katarina lives.

“We met through a mutual friend I had when I got here,” he said.
“Around the time I met her, I just released the whole F*ck Love project and wasn’t in the mood for love.
‘But I guess… you can’t control things like that. It was so ironic.’

Laroi recently made history as the youngest solo artist to top the Australian album charts.
Now he is on a mission to show the world his home country’s rap scene.
“I don’t think America has completely switched to how big [and] Australia’s music scene and culture is great, but I think it’s my job to shed light,” he told youth radio station Triple J.
Laroi, who hails from the suburb of Waterloo, said he had long dreamed of putting Sydney’s rap scene on the map “like Drake did Toronto.”

A native of Canada, rapper Drake often gushes about his hometown of Toronto in his music and even flaunts a number of Toronto-themed tattoos.
Laroi added, “You have to do it so that people understand it and really see it for what it really is; how amazing the scene really is.
“That’s the most important thing – I don’t want people to overlook it or think because it’s my country, I really want people to recognize that Australia is the f**king future of music, in my opinion.”
