The Flash will feature a ‘secret ending’ that the studio hopes to keep secret before the film hits theaters
The Flash will hit theaters June 16 with a “secret ending” that Warner Bros, the studio that made the superhero movie, is trying to keep a secret.
The film will premiere on the red carpet only once, on June 12 in Los Angeles.
A source close to the production told the outlet that the main concern isn’t Ezra’s legal troubles, but making sure the secret isn’t blown before audiences get a chance to see the $220 million movie.
The version of The Flash shown at Cinema Con in April was cut and the ending was removed.

According to the insider, the studio changed the final scene several times prior to that screening.
Special screenings are planned for Toronto, London, Miami, Buenos Aires, Madrid and Sao Paolo, with director Andy Muschietti in attendance.

Screenings on the Warner lot have been shown with the ending intact, but key elements were faded and the studio could do the same on the scheduled screenings.
At the premiere, Ezra, who has faced several legal issues, will only pose for photos and not speak to reporters.
“Ezra wants the movie to start and the conversation to be about the movie and not Ezra,” a source close to the actor claimed.
“They’re focused on their mental health and don’t want it to be a transaction.”
The actor uses she/they pronouns.

If the movie does as well as expected, a sequel could soon be in the works starring Ezra as the title character.
A follow-up script from David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick is already in the works and would feature guest appearances from Michael Keaton’s Batman and Sasha Calle’s Supergirl.
