The producer of the Kyle and Jackie O show has shared the best ways to avoid cheating on a night out.

KIIS FM producer Joshua Fox revealed the top five tips to guarantee you’ll be faithful after attending an anonymous sex addict class.

“The first tip I’m told not to cheat on your partner is to masturbate every day before you leave the house,” he began.

He then revealed that he was relegated to a single bed at home and was told to “surround yourself with ugly people.”

“I’m also leaving Bondi to move to a uglier suburb,” Joshua continued.

He then revealed that the final rule to guarantee you don’t cheat is “look don’t touch.”

Joshua also spoke about his sex addiction, revealing that he would usually have sex when he was “stressed, overwhelmed, or down.”

He explained that he learns to control himself after getting into a new relationship.

It comes after Kyle recently told listeners his “hack” for making sure a man doesn’t even look at another woman.

He said the best way to control a drunk friend is to make sure he leaves the house “empty.”

“Here’s a tip – sorry guys, I’m going to throw you guys under the bus – ladies, if your guy goes out a lot, like every Friday with the guys, and you’re like, ‘Oh I don’t like this’ make sure he’s with empty balls out,” Kyle said.

“Balls empty means he’s not going to do anything, he’s not going to look at anyone.”

His co-host Jackie “O” Henderson asked how long a man’s balls stay “empty,” and Kyle said the effects usually last “all night” until he gets home to his girlfriend.

He then warned: “But if you go all out, then you are too small.”
