“This is my little roast dinner for one,” the mother captioned a delicious photo of her dinner.

The method is simple: Lyn halved a potato, sliced up a chunk of squash, peeled an onion, and tossed some garlic cloves into her slow cooker along with two chicken legs.

She cooked the meal on the highest setting for three hours while she did other errands and chores.

The mother said that while the potatoes get a little soggy, the vegetable tastes great and has several “crispy spots” on the surface.

Lyn usually adds a large Gravox and cold water to the juices to make a thick gravy that she drizzles over her meal.
