Bachelorette Australia star Charlie Newling has become the latest person from the Bachelor franchise to die after his car fell off a cliff in Sydney last Saturday.

Newling, 36, who appeared on Ali Oetjen’s season of the show in 2018, was pronounced dead after locals found his car on fire at the bottom of a 230-foot cliff.

He was initially a frontrunner who won Oetjens heart in the Channel 10 show bThe fans turned against him because of his so-called controlling behavior.

The troubled reality star’s death is the latest in a series of tragic deaths linked to the dating show.

She was flying an Airborne XT-912 weight-shift light sport aircraft when she crashed shortly after takeoff from Hawthorne Municipal Airport in Los Angeles.

Meanwhile, Michael Nance, a reality TV contestant who appeared on Emily Maynard’s season of The Bachelorette, was found dead at the age of 31.

Police were called to a home in Texas to check for an unconscious man. He was pronounced dead shortly afterwards.

Michael fought for Emily’s heart along with 25 other men. He made it to the fourth episode and took 11th place.

The Austin, Texas native worked as a rehabilitation counselor and had a thriving side career as a musician, with a passion for sharing the arts with others.

In 2010, Julien Hug, 35, who competed for the affections of Jillian Harris on season five of the show, was found dead in a remote part of Southern California’s San Bernardino National Forest, two days after his family lost contact with him lost.

Police used a helicopter to reach the remote location and had to wait overnight to recover the body due to the rugged terrain.

His parents Bertrand and Denise Hug later said that after his death they found a suicide note with messages to his family, colleagues and his girlfriend.

Meanwhile, Cristy Caserta died unexpectedly in 2018 after an apparent seizure.

Caserta was in a classroom at a school in Sunrise, Florida, when she suddenly slumped over at her desk.

Her classmates called 911 when they saw the reality star collapse.

Paramedics arrived and found Caserta in cardiac arrest while they performed CPR on her. It appears she died as a result of the sudden attack.

She was taken to the hospital at nearby Westside Regional Medical Center where efforts to save her life continued, but there was no response and she was pronounced dead shortly afterwards.

Caserta appeared on season 15 of the hit TV show, but was sent home the first week.

Her body was discovered by a concerned friend who arrived at her home to find her surrounded by empty bottles of pills after McAllister texted earlier in the day that she wanted to “end her life.”

She was in stable condition when taken to Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio, but a family member said her body began to shut down and they made the decision to take her off life support.

The reality star appeared on the fourteenth season of The Bachelor, where contestants competed for Jake Pavelka’s heart.

Gwozdz was transported to the hospital after 911 was called for a possible drug overdose, TMZ reported at the time, citing Boca Raton police.

He was admitted to intensive care and remained in hospital for at least a week, where his status was listed as critical but stable.

Gwozdz only appeared for a short time on Hannah Brown’s season of The Bachelorette last year.

A coroner’s investigation report said the former wrestler was dealing with paranoia and believed he was being watched, according to Page Six.

He moved back home with his parents and they thought “things got better,” the publication reported.

The investigation report also included the detail that the athlete had planned to go to a nearby high school for training on the morning of his suicide.
