The Challenge star, Christopher ‘CT’ Tamburello’s estranged wife, Lilianet Solares, has filed for emergency custody of their son amid their bitter divorce battle.

However, at the recent hearing, CT agreed not to discuss or disclose “intimate details related to the parties’ litigation, settlement negotiations, the minor child….”

He also agreed not to discuss “any allegations against the woman, including defamatory statements about the woman, in any form, including but not limited to social media posts and/or interviews.”

The former couple also agreed not to “discuss” the situation with their child and not to make “disparaging comments about the other parent,” according to The US Sun.

Following the conclusion of the emergency hearing, a lawyer was appointed for their son, known as Guardian At Litem, with CT agreeing to pay 75 percent of the Guardian’s fees, and Lilianet ‘Lili’ providing the other 25 percent.

Tamburello and the model tied the knot in 2018 on a two-part MTV special called CT Getting Married.
