We hope you’re hungry for more Bugsnaxas we head back to Snaktooth Island with a new card game that is currently being funded Kickstarter. Based on the cute, poignant and sometimes gruesome game of Young horsesIn the card game, players will take on the role of their favorite Grumpuses in an attempt to catch and eat the elusive anthropomorphic snacks.
All our favorite Bugsnax have been brought to life with amazing commissioned card art Anneliese MakAnd Justine Raymond. Mak’s credits include illustrations for the real-life feature series Dropout, Size 20, while Raymond provided illustrations and art for the original 2020 game.

As of this writing, the game has already reached its $15,000 funding goal (also less than 24 hours after launch), but you can still pledge your support through May 1. There are no strict goals, but you can pre-order a copy via the Kickstarter page. You can donate starting at a $5 level which will allow you to print your own copy, while if you pledge at least $25 you’ll get a legitimate boxed copy of the game when it launches. If you’re feeling particularly generous, you can also opt for a $35 donation, which includes a copy of the deck And a copy of the original game for your preferred platform.
