The Block’s Tom and Sarah-Jane clash during high-pressure challenge

Tensions mount during The Block’s Working From Home Space Week, with attendees really feeling the pressure as auction day approaches.

On Tuesday’s episode, Tom and Sarah-Jane clashed on the spot because they realized their study probably won’t be ready in time for the judges.

It started when the team decided to use a 120-square-foot space instead of a 30-square-foot space that was needed.

“There are a few hurdles that keep popping up with labor shortages and the wrong roof sheets for the walls,” Tom told the cameras.

“Let’s be realistic, unfortunately these houses are not finished.”

Meanwhile, Sarah-Jane called her partner for “complaining” too much on the spot.

‘It’s not that I’m complaining, I’m venting my frustrations and I’m open about that,’ replied Tom.

“He’s snapping at me, he doesn’t have time for me and he’s been doing it for the past two weeks and I don’t have it anymore, so I left.”

“He wants me to pick up three from an hour and a half away and I’m just wondering what they’re all for?” said Sarah-Jane.

Then she said to the cameras, “I’m just tired of Tom distracting it from the fact that he can be an asshole and it’s always everyone.”

Later in the episode, the Blockheads were given a surprise challenge where they packed an overnight bag to meet host Scott Cam in the Lancemore Macedon Ranges.

But the participants didn’t seem happy to leave their site with ‘so much to do and so little time’.

They eventually meet Scotty, who was joined by Shelley Craft and celebrity chef Matt Moran.

Matt said he may have been “over-groomed,” but surprised the teams by inviting relatives over for a sweet reunion.

“Oh my god, it’s our family!” shouted Sharon.
