The Block: Sharon and Ankur face another blow over ‘uneven’ plastering

Sharon Johal and Ankur Dogra of The Block have had a shocking time on the show so far and are set to take another hit this week.

In a trailer for Tuesday’s episode, foreman Dan Reilly suggests removing the entire ceiling of the couple’s living quarters due to uneven plastering.

In the promo, a voiceover explains, “The buyers are on their way, but Sharon and Ankur are about to hit the roof.”

“Our plasterer was full,” Sharon says.

Then foreman Keith Schleiger hears on the phone: ‘It all has to be fair.’

“I actually think this whole ceiling should come down,” Dan suggests.

It comes after Sharon and Ankur lashed out at Scott Cam’s decision to freeze their spending.

Scott made the drastic step last week to avoid blowing their budget further.

The couple clashed with the host on Sunday after he told them they were already $53,000 over budget and then scolded Ankur for not being in control of things.

‘You’re an accountant. I can’t understand this,” said a frustrated Scott.

“This is a personal attack, I’m doing my career with it,” Ankur replied.

An equally upset Sharon, 34, said she was shocked by Scott’s “hard” decision.

“I knew we were in trouble with the budget, but I was blown away by the action and how fast and hard it was,” she said.
