The Block’s Rachel and Ryan Carr are working on a new TV series
Last year they were a fan favorite on The Block.
And now Ryan and Rachel Carr have confirmed they are working on a new TV project.
Details are yet to emerge, but it comes after the couple, based in Sydney, recently bought a house on the NSW south coast that they want to renovate.
“We’ve got some exciting things coming up that we’ve been working on for a while,” Rachel explained in a new interview with women’s Day this week.
‘We would love to do our own show. So watch this space,” she added.

The couple’s new purchase, located in the rural town of Berry, 155km from Sydney, came after they finished second in last year’s Block auction.
They sold their five-bedroom, three-bathroom home in Gisbourne for $4,250,000, raking in $169,000 profit from the sale, which they used to buy the new property.
Rachel said their new television show will not take place interstate, away from their home base in the Sutherland Shire, in the far south of Sydney.
The lovebirds don’t want to leave their young family behind and have vowed never to return to The Block, based in Victoria.
The couple came second on The Block after selling their five-bedroom, three-bathroom home in Gisbourne for $4,250,000, making a profit of $169,000.
“We can’t be away from the kids for that long,” she said.
‘It’s not about the experience, it’s about what happens when you get home. And trying to repair what happens when you leave your children alone for so long. It is not worth it.’
Rachel and Ryan have daughters, Eveleigh, six, and Mila, four, and a son, Tommy, who is two.
It comes after the pair took to Instagram to post last month photos of a crew filming the couple with their young family.
Rachael and Ryan posted to Instagram on Wednesday, uploading a photo gallery with the caption: “Busy day at our house today.”

In another photo, the couple is seen chatting as two of their daughters play on a swing in the backyard while a crew films them.
The photo was captioned: “Lots of exciting things happening in our house.”
Ryan and Rachael posted a third photo where they can be seen posing for the film crew with their three little ones in their home.
“It’s always fun with this lot,” the caption reads.
