The Block’s Hampton house renovated by twin brothers Josh and Luke Packham hits the market again with $4.1M price guide
The Hampton home built by handsome twins Josh and Luke Packham on The Block is back on the market with an asking price of between $3.9 million and $4.1 million.
The 30-year-old twins, who first rose to fame starring on Australia’s Love Island, originally sold the home for $3.93 million, making a tidy $530,000 profit from the renovation program.
However, the new owners were unable to use the luxury home as their move to Melbourne fell through, and were therefore forced to put the house up for sale.
The four-bedroom, three-bathroom property is described as being in a ‘great location’ at 10 Bronte Court, Hampton, ‘near lots of parks’.
The sun-drenched pool is specially designed for families and is located next to a spacious recreation area that flows seamlessly into a modern interior.
The home also features 21-foot ceilings, a gas fireplace and a state-of-the-art kitchen.
What sets this house apart from other houses on the street is the master bedroom with lots of storage space and a very luxurious indoor and outdoor bathroom.
Alex Schiavo, director of Kay & Burton Bayside, said the twins had “done a fantastic job” building the home, which came second on The Block 2021.

“The house is in a great location, has an excellent flexible layout and the families love that it is close to lots of parks,” he added.
“The Hampton market is an established market. When you look at the quality of the renovations, the majority of homes sold are beautiful wood-siding homes.
‘The Melbourne market is interesting at the moment. Sometimes you’ll get three or four bids on a property, but eventually you’ll get two buyers – this house is definitely going to sell and there’s some competition.’

Josh and Luke came second on The Block in 2021, walking away with a profit of $530,000 after selling their home for a whopping $3.93 million.
But the brothers confirmed shortly after that they would not split the money in two, but would instead use it to set up a new company together.
Luke said the twins planned to pool their funds and set up a company to distribute artificial grass products across Australia.
