Located on a leafy street in Bondi, the property was originally listed with a price guide of $1.4 million.
But the two-bedroom, one-bathroom ground-floor apartment sold out before going to auction on Oct. 7, the report said The Daily Telegraph.
Located just minutes from the famous Bondi Beach, the two-bedroom, one-bathroom ground-floor unit originally sold on the Block in 2003 for $751,000.
Blockheads Adam and Fiona spent $40,000 renovating their flat over 12 weeks and walked away with $256,000 after a successful auction on The Block.

Fiona and Adam were considered favorites of the show and ended up winning the season.
The couple later published their own renovation book, Adam and Fionini Renos on a Budget: How We Renovated Our Way Up the Block.
