Former Block stars Elyse Knowles and Josh Barker enjoyed a day out with their newborn Zaii and son Sunny in Byron Bay on Monday.

The couple couldn’t wipe the smiles off their faces as they took a relaxing stroll around the city.

Elyse showed off her incredible post-baby body in tiny shorts and a white T-shirt as she pushed her newborn son Zaii’s stroller.

The reality TV star completed her look with sneakers, sunglasses and left her long blonde locks out.

Josh also dressed casually in black shorts and a long gray T-shirt as he held the hand of his two-year-old son Sunny.

After enjoying a walk, Elyse was seen hugging her newborn as she sat down on a bench.

Elyse and Josh shot to fame in 2017 when they were crowned winners of The Block.

The couple welcomed their second child Zaii in May and announced the little one’s arrival on Instagram.

‘Zai Barker. To love and protect. May 18th,” Elyse wrote in her caption alongside a clip of the toddler in a crib, explaining that her baby was born a few days earlier.

They welcomed Sunny in February 2021.

The couple announced the birth of their first child shortly after revealing they were secretly engaged.

The former reality stars moved from Melbourne to Byron Bay in 2019 in search of a quieter life.

In May 2020, Elyse and Josh bought a $2.3 million beach house in the coastal town of New South Wales, which they renovated.

Elyse previously revealed to Stellar magazine that she was paralyzed by fear after the birth of her first son.

‘I was quite nervous when I left home for the first time. My heart was beating. I didn’t know if I could do it,” she told the publication.

“Having (Sunny), having our dogs and going outside… And Sunny was screaming in the car and that really scared me.”

“I found it hard to breathe and I had to say to myself, ‘It’s fine, what could go wrong? Everyone has babies… you just have to go for it,'” Elyse added.

‘It took a few times for me to gain confidence. But I’m not going to lie, it was hard at first.’
