Fashion influencer Elle Ferguson and her AFL star beau Joel Patful have managed to rent out their beautiful retreat on NSW’s north coast.
The couple, who rose to fame after leaving The Block in 2022, listed the three-bedroom, one-bedroom home for $1,400 a week earlier this month.
Located in Ewingsdale, 7 km from Byron Bay, the couple bought the property for $4 million last year.
Details about the new tenant have not come out, but according to Domain the original ad stated that the pair were looking for a long-term lease on the luxury pad.
Built in 2017 in dense bushland, the charming property features a modern open-plan design, a studio apartment and fantastic views of the lush landscape.
