Film crew pushed realty signs into the lawn before the auction started.
Oz looked at his car with joy while the owner of the house came into a fight with the hired auctioneer on his own front lawn.
‘Good morning ladies and gentlemen. I welcome you here today for a home in a great place – presented to you by Oz Realty, ‘the male auctioneer flourished. ‘Buyers, it’s for you! $ 1 million, bidder number six, there! Here it goes! ‘

In images shared on Instagram on Tuesday, the unsuspecting homeowner turned out while he walked outside and discovered the scene – and his requirements that the auction would be stopped were ignored.
The auctioneer shouted that the house ‘once’ went ‘twice’, while two bewildered looking men opened their front door.
“Woah woah woah!” The homeowner shouted when he took the stage on the scene before his eyes with confusion and then anger. “This is private ownership matt.”
“Imagine that you wake up with this,” Oz grinned from his parked vehicle.
“You disrupt an auction,” the auctioneer called back to the owner, who asked for the address of the house sold.
The man, dressed in a single and shorts and still held on to the leadership of his dog, became more and more agitated when the “bidders” and “auctioneer” ignored him.
“No, I’m sorry. STOP. I am the homeowner, “he said, pointing to the door where he had just walked away.
‘I don’t care who you are. I own this house. I am serious, there is no auction today. What is the house number? ‘
He pushed by the crowd of people who said ‘not today’ and tried to pull the cameras from the film crew down.

The homeowner woke up with the convincing scene and became angry when the hired auctioneer (left) refused to stop selling his house

The house was ‘sold’ for $ 1.17 million
“Sir please, can I make a suggestion?” asked the auctioneer.
“You can make a suggestion, but it is not going to work to your advantage,” the owner joked, where OZ said he would be “aggressive” because someone seemed to be bought his house for $ 1.17 million.
‘My parents don’t sell this house! They have had it 25-30 years! “The man said.
“They have no idea what’s going on, they don’t even speak English. Show us the paperwork! What is on your clipboard? No paperwork, no contract, nothing! ‘
Oz then jumped out of his car and revealed himself: “Guys, it’s a joking!”
He gave the homeowner a big bear hug and looked relieved and a huge smile spread over the face of the man.
‘Look at your face man! Get the man some water, “Oz told him.
Things ended in laughter when the man jokes told OZ that he can sell it as well as everyone was there.
The viral video promoted the ‘improvised auctions with OZ’ series and asked other Aussies to drop the address of everyone they wanted to joke.
