Leah and Ash are still looking for a buyer after their disastrous auction on The Block earlier this month.
The couple have been left devastated again after learning that all interest in their home had disappeared.
Considered one of The Block’s hottest properties this year, the sprawling five-bedroom, four-bathroom apartment was passed for $2.9 million during the season finale.
And now Yahoo Lifestyle has reported that one buyer, who was willing to pay $3.1 million for the Hampton East home, has dropped out.
The sale would have earned the couple a profit of $130,000.

According to the report, House 2 is still on the market without any bids.
Leah and Ash’s House 2 caused a lot of excitement among potential bidders ahead of last week’s block auction.
The Block buyer’s agents predicted big things for the couple after the luxury home was put on the market with a price guide of $2.7 million – $2.9 million.
Designed as an updated version of the classic Art Deco style, the spectacular home features a spacious open plan layout and expansive living areas.
Features include a dramatic split-level dining/living room, state-of-the-art kitchen and outdoor entertainment area.
During the dramatic Block auction, Steph and Gian were the runaway winners, with their home selling for an incredible $5 million.
They walked away with winnings of $1.65 million plus $100,000 in prize money, bringing their total earnings to a record-breaking $1.75 million.
Meanwhile, The Block began filming this month at a Phillip Island resort for the 2024 season.

In September, Ny Breaking Australia revealed the Channel Nine-owned company had bought Island Cove Villas for a whopping $9.5 million.
Located two and a half hours from Melbourne, the properties currently include nine homes, a communal swimming pool, barbecue pavilion, tennis court and children’s playground.
The location is just a short drive from the island’s penguin parade and is described as ‘breathtaking from the moment you arrive’.
A new crop of Blockheads will be tasked with transforming the resort after plans for a season at Daylesford, in Victoria’s northwest, were scrapped.
